1. Reviews — khiladiyon ki raay
- Write about your own experience. One rating and review per listing per person; you can edit it any time.
- Reviews are public — your display name is shown with your words.
- Honest negative reviews are allowed. Abuse, threats, hate, or personal attacks are not.
- No fake or paid reviews, no reviewing your own listing under another name, and no using multiple accounts to change a rating. We remove manipulated content and may remove the listing it was meant to boost.
2. Listings
- List only a real shop, brand, club, or channel that you represent or have permission to list, with accurate information.
- Listings that sell or promote banned nylon / "Chinese" manja are removed and may be reported to authorities. This is a safety rule, not a taste rule.
- Kaata may edit, hide, or remove any listing or review that breaks these rules, and features a "Kaata Curated" mark only on listings we have personally checked.
3. Reporting a problem
Every listing and every review has a report option in the app — use it for wrong information, scams, banned manja, spam, or abuse. You can also hide any listing or review from your own phone instantly. Reports reach a human and are acted on promptly.
4. Complaints, corrections & grievances
If you are a shopkeeper or creator and believe a listing or review about you is false or unfair — or you want your information corrected or removed — contact us at kaata.247@gmail.com with the listing name and details. We aim to respond within 7 days and to resolve grievances within 15 days.
5. Ratings are community opinion
Star ratings, backer counts, and tier labels (like "Top 3 kite shops in Delhi") reflect activity by Kaata users — they are community opinion, not a certification by Kaata.
